In conclusion, 2015

In August, Volition and I parted ways. I loved the project we were working on, and the talented artists, programmers, and designers that were working on the project with me. I wish them the best.

Thankfully, I'd recently recognized my portfolio was lacking, and that I needed to get my chops up. I'd done a few exercises and mini-projects in an effort to learn some new techniques and raise the quality bar of my work. I was making progress when some friends from yesteryear looked me up to see if I'd be interested working with them on a project they were starting up.

I joined the team in September and it's been a blast. I'm excited as balls to share what we've been working on, but it's not quite time yet. One thing I can say is every fiber of my artistic being is getting put to task, and it feels amazing.

Happy New Year. Have a great 2016 doin' what you do, and doin' it good!
